Require Adequate Information
Be extra cautious when conducting business with any company who fails to provide enough verifiable information to track them down in the event it becomes necessary. Toll free phone and post office box numbers are nice but they are confining when a personal touch is required or mandated by law.
Providing a physical address should be painless for a legitimate business. This little bit of information is invaluable and sure helps in the event of product defect or consumer dissatisfaction!

Buying a Previously Owned/Leased Vehicle From a Dealer? Here's One Good Recommendation!

When purchasing your extended service warrantee contract covering your previously driven new/used vehicle remember this important detail. Such contracts usually begin retroactively tailing back to the original in service date. This can significantly reduce your anticipated coverage duration. It's there in the fine print. Be sure you have purchased enough extended coverage to at minimum cover your new auto purchase contract until it is paid in full.  You don't want to find out at the last minute that your service contract expires a year prior to the maturity of your auto loan. Ouch!
